Through one-off grants, Œuvre supports specific fixed-term projects with a social impact. The projects submitted must fall within at least one of Œuvre's five focus areas: Social, Cultural, Environmental, Sports & Health, Remembrance & Heritage.
This type of grant may be requested by any non-profit association, foundation or societal impact company (SIS) working at national level.
Applications for one-off grants may be submitted year-round in accordance with the deadlines set by the board of directors. The deadline to submit applications is always six weeks before the next board of directors meeting.
Your organisation is:
- a non-profit association
- a foundation
- a company that has the status of societal impact company (SIS), with impact shares representing 100% of the share capital
- or a public sector establishment
- Your organisation is registered in Luxembourg (listing in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register is mandatory)
- Your project is in Luxembourg
- Your project falls within one or more of the areas that Œuvre supports
NB: Projects in the Cultural focus area are subject to additional special criteria.
To submit an application, log in to our project submission platform. This platform allows you to create your user account, which you can use to submit applications, save forms you are working on and view applications you have already submitted.
Before you can access the full form for a one-off grant, you must submit an introductory form in which you indicate the type of financial assistance you would like to request. On this form, you will provide a short description of your project. We can then check whether you meet the eligibility criteria.
Œuvre will double-check the eligibility criteria, and if you are told that you meet them, access to the full form will be unblocked. Only forms that have been completed in full will be considered for funding requests, and they will be processed during the board of directors proceedings.
NB: The forms are in French, but they may also be filled out in Luxembourgish, German or English.
Introductory form
The introductory forms are processed by our project coordinators and will be approved within five working days. Please note that the only purpose of the introductory form is to enable us to confirm whether you meet the eligibility criteria. If you would like to submit a project for a specific date, remember that the submission deadlines apply only to the full forms and not to the introductory forms.
Application form for a one-off grant (full form)
The fully completed forms are processed by the board of directors in chronological order of submission. However, submitting a full form by the deadline does not guarantee that the application will be considered during the next meeting of the board of directors.
