Finding a job or training opportunity as a young person can be a real challenge. The Future Generation project, led by Youth & Work sàrl SIS, aims to support young people seeking employment or training by offering them a unique professionalization opportunity. Through direct collaboration with companies, these young people develop both personal and professional skills while working on concrete and sustainable projects.
Each collaboration lasts six weeks, giving participants valuable experience to better integrate into the job market. To date, more than 70% of young people who have taken part in the program have found a job, secured an apprenticeship, or pursued further studies.

The idea for the project emerged during the pandemic, a period that had a significant impact on young people, both economically and psychologically. In response to isolation, lack of guidance, and job market challenges, Youth & Work created an interactive program fostering collaboration between motivated young people and companies willing to provide win-win solutions.
Since its launch, Future Generation has successfully completed 11 projects, with 4 more in preparation. The program stands out for its tailor-made approach and intensive support for young participants. Partner companies receive guidance to better understand young people's profiles and adjust their expectations. Close monitoring by coaches helps overcome challenges such as language diversity, mobility issues, and lack of work experience.
Sometimes, we are the only ones who believe in them.

"Empower young people" is more than just a slogan for Future Generation—it’s a mission. By boosting self-confidence and strengthening skills, the project opens new career perspectives for young people. The impact is clear: beyond statistics, it’s the regained pride and motivation of participants that truly reflect the program’s success.
With an ambitious goal to integrate 250 young people into the job market by the end of 2025, Future Generation continues to build a bridge between tomorrow’s talent and today’s professional world.
