Discover the 2023 annual report of Œuvre

In 2023, Œuvre and the Loterie Nationale had an incredible year with record financial results.

While respecting responsible gaming, the Loterie Nationale achieved a gross gaming revenue of €76.8 million. The players won over €135.2 million and the commissions paid to retailers reached €16.2 million.

Thanks to these exceptional results, Œuvre was able to allocate €30.6 million in aid in 2023. Among these aids, €15.9 million were allocated to legal beneficiaries such as the National Solidarity Fund and 30 social offices, and €5.2 million were allocated as recurring assistance. In addition, €9.4 million has supported 186 one-off associative projects.

These figures demonstrate the importance of Œuvre and the Loterie Nationale for Luxembourgish society for nearly 80 years.
