The European Social Fund and Œuvre Nationale support your innovative social initiatives in Luxembourg.
Are you developing a project with a social purpose?
The European Social Fund (Website in French only) will open its FSE+ 2026 call for projects on May 10th.
This initiative aims to support innovative social projects across Luxembourg, as part of the "Investing in the Future 2021–2027" programme, co-funded by the European Union.
In this context, the Œuvre Nationale can provide national co-funding through a one-off grant.
Who can apply?
Your organisation is:
- a non-profit association
- a foundation
- a company that has the status of societal impact company (SIS), with impact shares representing 100% of the share capital
or a public sector establishment - Your organisation is registered in Luxembourg (listing in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register is mandatory)
- Your project is in Luxembourg
Projects must demonstrate a clear social impact and align with the objectives of the FSE+ programme.
How to apply for co-funding from the Œuvre?
Submit a one-off grant request via Œuvre’s project submission platform by July 15th, 2026.

Information session (Ministry of Labour): June 15, 2026, 14:00–16:30
Deadline for submission to the Œuvre Nationale: July 15th, 2026
Decision of the Board of Directors: 30 September 2026
