Œuvre is recruiting, with immediate effect, a
Facility Manager (m/f/x)
Permanent contract
Your role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation (servicing and maintenance) of Œuvre’s building located in Leudelange, its technical installations and the surrounding areas. You will be the main point of contact for employees and management with regard to all related matters.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external service providers and monitor all contracts relating to the building
- Organise, coordinate and supervise work carried out by external providers in the following areas:
- Reception and front desk
- Heating, ventilation, air conditioning and smoke extraction systems
- Electrical installations (high and low voltage)
- Plumbing
- Automatic doors and openings, locks and non-automatic doors
- Lifts
- Periodic statutory inspections
- Interior cleaning, windows and façades
- Waste management
- Green spaces
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget, request and validate quotations, and follow up invoices in cooperation with Management and the Finance department
- Carry out certain maintenance, repair, fitting-out or cleaning tasks yourself, as well as the installation of technical equipment or other materials
- Manage and maintain the safety register and organise statutory inspections with the relevant control bodies
In the longer term, assume the role of “designated worker” in accordance with legislation - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and maintain installations in good working condition
Your profile
- Upper secondary level qualification (Bac to Bac +2) or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge in the building sector
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to infrastructure and classified establishments
- Experience in coordinating service providers, monitoring interventions and quality control
- Budget management and monitoring skills
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, autonomy and responsiveness
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken French, good spoken knowledge of Luxembourgish and German. Knowledge of English is considered an asset
