As part of strengthening its team, Œuvre is recruiting a

Project monitoring and quality coordinator (m/f/x)

Permanent contract, 40 hours per week

This position aims to strengthen our capacities in data monitoring, the use of digital tools, and project management by providing both strategic and operational support to the teams. The ideal candidate combines technical, organizational, and analytical skills, with a particular focus on MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) to support the steering and quality of interventions. The successful applicant will report directly to the Head of the Project Coordination team and work closely with the project coordinators.

Main responsibilities

Software administration and data management

  • Manage, improve, and maintain internal digital tools
  • Contribute to the automation and digitalization of administrative and documentary processes

Project coordination and MEAL function

  • Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of internal projects related to digital tools and events initiated by Œuvre Nationale
  • Develop performance indicators and dashboards for activity monitoring
  • Provide support in document management in coordination with the team
  • Contribute to organizational accountability through rigorous documentation and team support

Your profile

  • Higher education degree (minimum Bachelor’s) or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 years’ prior experience in operational coordination or project management, particularly in managing operational systems
  • Proficiency in digital tools (databases, automation, collaborative tools)
  • You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to structure and optimize processes
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work transversally with multiple teams
  • Adaptability and versatility
  • Openness and interest in the sector and the role of project coordination
  • Knowledge of or interest in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) approaches is a strong asset
