Œuvre is recruiting, with immediate effect, a
Project Coordinator (m/f/x)
Permanent contract
You will strengthen the project coordination and monitoring team as a reference person for the use and development of digital and IT tools.
Project analysis and structuring
- Analyse funding applications and support project leaders in clarifying, structuring and improving their proposals
- Assess the relevance, feasibility and potential impact of projects
- Formulate recommendations and prepare well-founded reports for the Board of Directors
- Ensure follow-up of allocated funding
Facilitation and support
- Act as a facilitator between project leaders and the Œuvre
- Support organisations in the operational implementation of funded projects
- Organise and lead follow-up meetings and site visits when needed
- Encourage cooperation and the sharing of good practices
Digital tools, automation and continuous improvement
- Administer and further develop project management platforms and collaborative tools
- Design dashboards, dynamic reports and advanced queries to support monitoring and decision-making
- Identify and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency
- Propose practical and innovative solutions to improve team workflows
- Draft functional specifications for new tools (e.g. CRM, monitoring platforms) and contribute to their rollout
Documentation and reporting
- Structure and document project-related information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
- Strong affinity with digital tools, IT and project management systems
- Autonomous, solution-oriented, and proactive
- Interest in one or more of the Œuvre’s areas of intervention and motivation to contribute to public-interest missions
- Strong interest in socially impactful projects
- Proficiency in Luxembourgish (spoken and comprehension) and French (written and spoken); good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent analytical, writing and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and a facilitative approach
- Team-oriented, curious, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the non-profit or voluntary sector is an asset
