Œuvre is recruiting, with immediate effect, a

Project Coordinator (m/f/x)

Permanent contract

You will strengthen the project coordination and monitoring team as a reference person for the use and development of digital and IT tools.

Project analysis and structuring

  • Analyse funding applications and support project leaders in clarifying, structuring and improving their proposals
  • Assess the relevance, feasibility and potential impact of projects
  • Formulate recommendations and prepare well-founded reports for the Board of Directors
  • Ensure follow-up of allocated funding

Facilitation and support

  • Act as a facilitator between project leaders and the Œuvre
  • Support organisations in the operational implementation of funded projects
  • Organise and lead follow-up meetings and site visits when needed
  • Encourage cooperation and the sharing of good practices

Digital tools, automation and continuous improvement

  • Administer and further develop project management platforms and collaborative tools
  • Design dashboards, dynamic reports and advanced queries to support monitoring and decision-making
  • Identify and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency
  • Propose practical and innovative solutions to improve team workflows
  • Draft functional specifications for new tools (e.g. CRM, monitoring platforms) and contribute to their rollout

Documentation and reporting

  • Structure and document project-related information
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
  • Strong affinity with digital tools, IT and project management systems
  • Autonomous, solution-oriented, and proactive
  • Interest in one or more of the Œuvre’s areas of intervention and motivation to contribute to public-interest missions
  • Strong interest in socially impactful projects
  • Proficiency in Luxembourgish (spoken and comprehension) and French (written and spoken); good knowledge of German and English
  • Excellent analytical, writing and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and a facilitative approach
  • Team-oriented, curious, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the non-profit or voluntary sector is an asset
